ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

EMI ROMERO

Hi, I’m Emi—owner of The Blonding Parlour, The Blonding Parlour & Collective, and Rumored Hair Extensions.

I started my first salon in 2022 with one goal in mind: to create a safe, uplifting space for baby stylists to grow and thrive. I never imagined how much it would evolve, and I’m constantly in awe watching our stylists step into their full potential—whether they’re just starting out or continuing to elevate their careers as seasoned artists.

Everything I do is for our team. I created our hair extension line to provide the highest quality options that match the incredible work our stylists deliver every day.

These days, I’ve taken a step back from working behind the chair full-time, but you can still find me in the salon doing extensions or color here and there—always pouring into my people and supporting their growth.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m at home with my amazing husband and our three kiddos, soaking up every moment.
